As Horizon Kinesis Club’s Administrative Lead, Jordin plays an essential role in creating the welcoming, professional environment that clients feel the moment they walk through the doors. Known for her calm energy, humour, and organization, she keeps the front desk running smoothly while making sure every member feels seen, supported, and at ease.

She first joined Horizon after hearing about the positive, community-driven atmosphere from a friend and immediately knew it was a place where she could grow both personally and professionally. Since then, she has become a familiar face to clients and a trusted teammate behind the scenes. From coordinating bookings to assisting with the opening of Horizon’s new location, her care and reliability help the entire team thrive.

Outside of work, Jordin enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for drives, and taking moments to slow down and recharge. Those experiences remind her how meaningful it is to feel seen, supported, and connected. She strives to create that same feeling for every person who walks into Horizon. For her, helping people feel at home the moment they arrive is what makes her role so fulfilling.
