Jenna Hamilton is a chiropractor who helps people move and feel better through thoughtful, individualized care. Her approach is grounded in evidence, clinical reasoning, and a clear understanding of how the body responds to movement, load, and daily demands. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, Jenna works to understand what is contributing to pain, stiffness, or reduced function and how to address it in a way that supports lasting change.

With a background in neuroscience and mental health, Jenna brings a strong appreciation for the connection between the nervous system, movement, and overall well-being. In practice, she has a particular interest in managing low back and neck pain, TMJ-related concerns, headaches, and movement-related injuries. She works with individuals across all activity levels, including athletes and active adults, and adapts care to each person’s goals, history, and current capacity.

Jenna’s care emphasizes clarity, collaboration, and ongoing assessment. Sessions may include hands-on treatment, joint mobilization or manipulation, soft-tissue therapy, exercise and movement guidance, and education around load management and daily habits. Care plans evolve based on how the body responds, with a focus on helping patients feel better while also building confidence in how they move.

Above all, Jenna values care that is safe, appropriate, and patient-centered. She takes time to listen, explain findings clearly, and involve patients in decision-making. Her goal is not just to reduce pain, but to help people better understand their bodies and feel supported as they return to the activities that matter to them.

Outside of practice, Jenna enjoys staying active through yoga, Pilates, and volleyball. That same appreciation for movement and balance carries into her clinical work.
